| Change in Minimum Order Policy |

Effective February 19, 2007, Larsen is initiating a change in our minimum order policy. The new policy affects domestic orders only. The new policy is:
Minimum for domestic orders: US$250 (net value)***
Minimum for international orders: US$500 (net value) ***
Larsen's freight policy remains the same:
- $1,000*** & Over (net value) - Surface freight allowed; UPS or Carrier of Factory Choice.
- All applicable freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice, except for special shipping requirements.
- All discounts and allowances, with their due dates, will be shown on the invoice.
- Truck freight (other than UPS) charges may not be allowed.
- Expedited shipments will be allowed the value of surface freight in accordance with the freight policy.
- CWO (cash with order) earn 1% cash discount.
- No COD fee on orders over $1,000*.
